In journal entry 2 I love your second quote...Allia,
In journal entry 2 I love your second quote. I chose it as well. I think that it is a very new and exciting way to look at creativity. It is so important for us as teaches to nurture individuality and creativity. It is interesting that the speaking is suggesting that it is just as important as a students' literacy skills. It is also showing a positive change in the education system and recognizing different learning styles and appreciating individuality.Mallory Sorbenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03837104762889373509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4548585072293786267.post-35526281583950018312012-03-23T11:44:12.308-07:002012-03-23T11:44:12.308-07:00Allia,

Students need to feel safe in the classroom and like they are welcome and by creating community in the classroom as soon as possible. Students who feel like they are in a community rather than as a random students in a classroom will not only speak out more, but have better work productivity.Mallory Sorbenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03837104762889373509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4548585072293786267.post-80359638651270193962012-02-07T14:30:38.971-08:002012-02-07T14:30:38.971-08:00I've read 8 or 10 of these now and so far you&...I've read 8 or 10 of these now and so far you're the first to describe yourself as a resident, and even then you seem to consider yourself as someone whose office is on-line but whose home remains brick and mortar.Harry Wrenchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08534126188385358809noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4548585072293786267.post-12729370142058077852012-02-07T00:12:15.591-08:002012-02-07T00:12:15.591-08:00GOOD WORK on RR 1-10. We often forget how much fun it can be to 'think about our thinking'
and how our thinking can dictate our progress, self esteem, etc - the
ubiquitous quote "if you think you can or you think you can't, you're
right" frames the practicality of it! Nice work!"

JulieJulie Richhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14052100846203435575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4548585072293786267.post-8996495208647558362012-01-31T10:25:01.952-08:002012-01-31T10:25:01.952-08:00Great job on your RR1-9!
